Workshop Terms and Conditions

  • By submitting your information to subscribe to a Workshop, you automatically agree with the terms and conditions below.

  • To apply to one of our Workshops, you must fill up the form you will find on the page of the Workshop you wish to attend. The form in the "Contact" section of our website cannot be used to subscribe to a Workshop. The following information must be provided: your full name, valid e-mail address, phone number, the name of the Workshop you wish to attend and the date of the Workshop you wish to attend.

  • If you wish the invoice to contain the name and address of your company, you must fill that into the form

  • Filling the form and submitting it via our website ( is the only valid way to subscribe to one of our Workshops. Attempts to subscribe by e-mail, phone calls or any other means of communication will not be accepted.

  • You may only attend the chosen Workshop once you have paid the invoice's full amount and received confirmation from Color Space via e-mail that your application was successfully registered and paid.

  • The act of filling up and submitting the form on our website does not in itself grant you right to attend the Workshop. 

  • Once your application is submitted by using the form on our website (, you shall have a confirmation sent to the e-mail you provided in the form within 2 working days, followed by an invoice in the name of the person and/or company whose information you filled in the form.

  • Each application is individual and only valid for the person whose name was filled in the form.

  • The invoice must be fully paid within 3 working days after you received it in order to guarantee your subscription to the workshop. If you're subscribing to a Workshop less than 3 days before its date, and only in that case, the payment must be fully received by us on our bank account up to 12 hours before the start time or it can be paid in cash at the location before the start of the Workshop.

  • If the payment is not fully received by us within 3 working days after you received the invoice, your subscription to the workshop will be automatically cancelled, even if you don't receive a cancellation message from Color Space.

  • If your subscription has been cancelled due to non-payment, and you wish to attend the Workshop, you must apply again by filling the form and going through the above mentioned steps.

  • If the number of applications sells out between your attempts to apply, you cannot apply to the chosen date anymore, unless a new spot becomes available.

  • Each Workshop has a maximum and a minimum number of attendees. The maximum and minimum number of attendees is defined by Color Space.

  • If a Workshop does not reach the minimum number of attendees up to 5 days ahead of its date, Color Space reserves the right to change the date of the Workshop.

  • Color Space reserves the right to cancel the Workshop or change dates or locations at any given time without disclosing the reason. Cancellations and changes will be notified to the attendees by e-mail. If the attendees cannot attend the Workshop on different available dates or locations, the attendee can request a full refund.

  • Once the maximum number of attendees is reached, the Workshop will be sold out and applying to it is no longer possible.

  • Once your application is paid and confirmed, you only have the right to attend the Workshop on the date you chose via the form. If you wish to change the date, you must contact us immediately. The change will only be accepted if there is still availability for the date you wish to change to and the possibility of changing dates must be unilaterally evaluated and accepted by Color Space.

  • The starting time of the Workshop will be informed by e-mail to the paying attendees up to 7 days before the Workshop.

  • The attendees are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the starting time. The consequences of late arrival are the responsibility of the attendee and will not be compensated by Color Space in any way, shape or form.

  • Extra materials and documents provided by Color Space to the attendees will vary among different Workshops. Color Space will provide extra materials and documents according to its own judgement. Any documents and materials you eventually receive during a Workshop become your property.

  • You can cancel your application and request a full refund up to 14 days before the Workshop's date. Requests for cancellation received less than 14 days before the Workshop's date will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund.

  • To cancel your application, you must send an e-mail to requesting the cancellation.

  • Color Space is single-handedly responsible for the contents of the Workshop and how the Workshop is performed. The contents of the Workshop may vary from the description given on the website.

  • The amount of foreknowledge required varies for each individual Workshop. Color Space will not be held accountable if an attendee's foreknowledge of a given subject isn't enough to follow the Workshop. By applying to a Workshop, the attendee automatically accepts full responsibility for his or her own ability to follow the subjects being covered.

  • You will not receive a refund if you don't attend the workshop on the chosen date.

  • If you do not attend the workshop on the date to which you subscribed due to a reasonable and unforeseen reason, you can contact Color Space and explain the situation. You will not receive a refund, but Color Space can decide to grant you an available spot in a future workshop. The decision to grant you that spot will be made by Color Space alone and it is unilateral and definitive.

  • You also agree to any extra conditions which are not described above, but can be found on the webpage of the chosen workshop.
